I've been quite busy for this time along, so it somehow force me to hold my memorization project for a while. But, to be very lucky, evnthough I can't read those surah by my own, the mahallah representative council playing Surah Al-Mulk every day. So, I can just hear and follow the recitation whenever they turn on the radio.
Now also that I realize that I can remember better when I hear the first word on each verse. And there's a problem for me that I sometimes overlap the last word on a verse with another's verses. why is it so?

relating my memorization with psychological bases
first off all, we all know that to do something we must have the niat. so niat can be relate with the term of ATTENTION,,
since from school, we used to recite surah Yaa-sin during the friday's assembly; same goes to surah Al-Mulk which the audio being open everynight since i was in cfs,,so maybe it falls under AUTOMATIC ENCODING.
sometimes i read surah Yaa-sin during thursday night, and Al-Mulk everynight and it goes to MAINTENANCE REHEARSAL.
i will use the same Al-Quran since my memorization starts so that it will help me to remember better; ENCODING SPECIFICITY.
and last but not least, some of the ayat in surah Yaa-Sin are look like similar. so in order not to be misplaced, maybe i will understand the meaning of the ayat; ELABORATIVE REHEARSAL.

okey, as we all know that the Yaa-sin is the mandatory surah to be memorized, and we have been given two options for the second surah, i have chosen surah Al-Mulk. WHY? This is because i used to hear to surah Al-Mulk, everynight night before going to sleep. Usually, if i have time to recite surah Al-Mulk before go to bed, i will recite this surah because i know it gives so many advantages to people who recite it every night before going to sleeep. One of them is, this surah can protect the reciter from any bad intention of other creations towards us during the night. i have red somewhere too, that whoever recites surah Al-Mulk everynight, Allah will protect him/her from the hellfire.
